Shipping & Ordering
At Service De Table, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Typically, you can expect your order to be delivered within 6 to 12 business days after it has been processed. Please note that order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.
Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time: Orders are processed during business days and will not ship on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order during these times, it will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Carriers: Your order will be shipped via either DHL or FedEx, depending on your location. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery online.
Delivery Attempts: If you're unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the carrier will try again the next business day. Should the second attempt also fail, your package will be held at a local service point for collection.

You may cancel your order free of charge, provided it has not been processed or shipped. To do so, please contact us at Contact@servicedetable.com before your order is processed. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to receive the package and follow the return process. In this case, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website for real-time updates on your shipment status.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@servicedetable.com. If your order is still in processing, we may be able to update the address for you. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes. Please ensure you reach out before your order has been processed and shipped.
How do I find my order number?
You should have received an order confirmation email containing your order number. It begins with #, followed by a series of numbers. If you’re having trouble locating it, try searching for contact@servicedetable.com in your inbox. Don’t forget to check your spam folder, as it may have landed there. If you still can’t find your order number, please reach out to us for assistance.

Returns, Damages & Exchanges
Yes, we offer returns! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For detailed instructions on how to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of delivery. After your return request is approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately at Contact@servicedetable.com. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and we will promptly work to resolve the matter.
Depending on our Return Policy, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund. If your order is damaged, please retain all packaging materials, including the shipping box, and email us photos of the damage along with the packaging to Contact@servicedetable.com.

All of our tableware, including dinnerware, dinnerware sets, serveware, and glassware, is suitable for use in the fridge. However, to be extra cautious, we do not recommend placing any items in the freezer, as extreme temperature changes can cause cracks in the stoneware.
